When shopping at Berg&Berg, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.

Prices
Prices are stated in EURO, excluding VAT. For Norwegian customers, 25% VAT is added to the stated price. We do not charge VAT to customers living outside of Norway, however you might be subjected to VAT and customs in your own country. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.

Payment
You can pay with most bank or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or with a PayPal account. We do not charge a transaction fee. We use Pay Pal’s credit card payment solution both if you pay with a credit card or a PayPal-account.

Products
We try to publish the best photos possible of our products and display colors as close to reality as possible. However, colors may appear differently on different monitors, so we can therefore not guarantee that photos perfectly equals reality.

Returns Policy and Complaints
Our policies are in accordance with the Norwegian Sale of Goods Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven og Angrerettloven). If you are not happy with your items, let us know within 14 days from delivery date. We will refund the sales price when you have returned the item to us in salable condition. All return, shipping and exchange costs are covered by the customer.
